PRESSURE VESSEL INSTALLATION AND REPAIR

Installation and repair of pressure vessels for storage and production of pharmacological products, with a design adapted to the client's requirements. Manufactured in AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 306 and AISI316L stainless steel and with Grade 2B (matte), Grade 2K (satin polished), Grade BA (mirror polished) finishes.

STRUCTURES FOR CONTAINERS AND PLATFORMS

Design, calculation and manufacturing of structures for support containers, as well as access- and work platforms. They are built with structural profiles in stainless steel or carbon steel and provided with metal safety tramex, railing and stairs depending on the client's needs.

PIPE RACKS

Design, calculation and manufacturing of pipe racks according to customer’s requirements, manufactured with structural profiles of stainless steel or carbon steel with a galvanized or painted finish.

Installation and connection of service pipe racks:

Steam: From source to consumption points including the installation of boilers, filters, pressure reducers, exchangers, etc.
Water: From source to consumption points including the installation of filters, pressure reducers, exchangers, etc.
Air: From source to consumption points including the installation of compressors, filters, pressure reducers, etc.

PRODUCT LINES AND WATERS

Installation of product lines, distilled water lines for injectables and purified water with electro-polished and ORBITAL TIG welded pipes.
